What I can say about this is I LOVE IT.....the neon was a tad tricky, as we all know, they dry extremely quickly and a bit satin. I can't wait to try this again! I did the "drop and drag" technique using an orange stick.

It seems to be a really interesting technique, and really good for me because I can use it to make some sort of nail art without knowing how to draw, so I'll surely try it, thanks for the tip! ^__^
ReplyDeleteIt's very easy...just make sure your main layer is still wet when you make the drops....then swirl away. I think next time I might use a small brush...
